Arcetyp LLC is Hiring a Program Manager Near Arlington, VA

Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets. 

We accept direct hire candidates only, W2 employee hires. We do not accept 1099 independent consultants. We do not accept staffing firms. We do not accept corp-to-corp (C2C) candidates. We can't sponsor H1B.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Program Manager (PM) shall be responsible for the performance of work, TO compliance and quality control for the Master Resilience Training Task Order located at the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) Headquarters (HQ) in Arlington, Virginia.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:• Shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all TO matters relating to daily operation of this TO.• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.• Define program objectives and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program requirements and prioritize initiatives.• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for program objectives.• Allocate resources efficiently across projects within the program, including personnel, budget, and materials.• Identify and resolve resource constraints or conflicts to ensure the successful execution of all projects.• Identify potential risks and issues related to program delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them.• Monitor and evaluate risk factors throughout the program lifecycle, implementing proactive measures to minimize impact.• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and effectiveness.• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of program performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:• Thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.• Shall speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent of reading and understand printed regulations, written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and materials, and perform the duties assigned.• All employees present a professional appearance that is appropriate for their position and adhere to facility dress codes. Contractor employees shall conduct themselves in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.• Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.• Proficiency in project management software and tools.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills):

• Master’s degree from an accredited academic institution.• Minimum of ten years relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing large-scale Government projects of similar work, such as training facilitation, and including a demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations.• Prior experience serving in the military.• Ability to pass the National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (Tier 1) background investigation.• Must a be US citizen.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)• A project management professional certification is preferred.
