Account Manager

The Account Manager will work closely with the sales reps, customers, design, product development, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This includes managing customer sample request, presentations, sell throughs, sales opportunities, managing order processing, etc., This position will work closely with customer sales, design, product development, licensing, production. This role will be responsible for facilitating all customer requests.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of account management experience; either in a customer service, sales, planning or analytics capacity.
Qualifications
· Effectively builds relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
· Strong customer service focus
· Experience developing collaborative relationships with customers and internal departments.
· Excellent communication skills internally and externally, both written and verbal
· Critical thinking; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Highly proficient in Excel
· Ability to manage and create cost sheets, ensure all orders are being processed with margin approval if needed.
· Capacity to work independently or within a team environment, follow direction, trouble shoot and meet goals and objectives
Education Requirement
BA in Business, Business Administration, or similar concentration preferred.
