Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a deep understanding of all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our company's goals and values.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

• Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and feedback.
• Provide coaching and support to managers in managing employee performance.
• Ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

HR Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are compliant.

HR Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
