Position: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the heart of our agency. Your mission? To provide exceptional customer experiences for both potential and existing clients. Here's what you'll do:
1. Build Trust: Develop strong relationships with our customers by providing personalized, professional service. Your caring approach will make a difference.
2. Be Informed: Handle inquiries related to coverages, billing, claims, and products. You'll follow established processes and procedures to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
3. Adapt and Assist: Process changes to existing accounts and policies. You'll be the bridge between our agency and various business partners, ensuring smooth communication.
4. Claim Support: When customers need assistance with claims, you'll guide them to the right contacts and resources. Following up ensures their needs are met.
5. Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments with existing and prospective customers. Your friendly demeanor will make them feel welcome.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer)
- Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mathematical skills
- Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance licenses will be required. Don't worry—we'll provide guidance and funding for the associated costs. Your growth is our priority!
