Responsibilities:

• Complete outbound calls to former and potential customers.
• Gain approval to requote insurance products from prospects.
• Obtain relevant information from prospect and pass on to Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information.
• Meet and/or exceed goals set by agency.
