Consumers Customer Service Role
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide customer support. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Process Customer Payments and data input
• Perform other clerical duties such as needed

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Rotating Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
**35 hour workweek

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
• Proven working experience in similar roles
• Proficient with computer
• Professional appearance
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure in a fast pace environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
