Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Plan and create menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers - Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards - Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to proper food handling procedures - Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs - Oversee banquet and catering events, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Qualifications: - Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or similar setting - Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of bartending is a plus - Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff members Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.35 - $20.99 per hour
