Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Maintain and update task lists and calendars using Apple-friendly software.
- Assist with hiring and recruiting efforts, including initial candidate screenings and interview coordination.
- Provide support for various projects and tasks as needed.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order as necessary.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Apple products and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in hiring/recruiting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive hourly rate; pay range is between $15.00-25.00/Hour, based on experience.
