Non-Exempt position, target annual $38,500 (could increase with P&C license and Geo diff)

Hours : 11 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm Eastern Time

Purpose :

Provides customer service to policyholders and agents by providing answers to customer inquiries and quotes. Focuses on a satisfying experience for customers by displaying a knowledgeable, helpful, & positive attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Answering incoming call volume and provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
• Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, & products
• Uses multiple computer applications
• Actively participates and involvement in department initiatives and goals

Required Technical Skills :

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient skills with all computer applications for servicing & quoting all products.

Proficient in utilizing knowledge management tools & resources.
