The Director, Investor Relations Engagement is a new role within the IR team at American Express, with primary responsibility to establish a proactive investor outreach program for the company. As a new function within the team, the Director will play a leadership role in understanding the landscape, defining the strategy, executing, and tracking success. Responsibilities for the outreach program include developing engagement prioritization; establishing relationships with key external stakeholders; creating relevant investor materials; and managing logistics and schedule planning. In addition, this role will also support existing IR deliverables, including the earnings process, investor and analyst meetings, and investor communications. This role will have one direct report to help support the creation of the new program.
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
