The Amazon Robotics Learning Experience and Technology (LExT) team is seeking a uniquely talented and highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to own learning technology related initiatives that support our continued growth and expansion.
This role will manage the small and mighty Learning Systems and Innovation team and is responsible for recognizing business problems, defining technical learning program strategy and technology product solutions.
The ideal candidate will be an independent, collaborative, customer obsessed and hands-on Technical Program Manager, who is comfortable working in highly ambiguous and fast paced environments.
You will bring technical strength, business acumen, and have strong written / verbal communication skills to be able to interact with our partner teams, project stakeholders and senior business leaders.
This role encompasses some product management responsibilities including, but not limited to, driving customer relationships and product strategy for our growing learning technology ecosystem.
You will be responsible for owning the Global Robotics University product vision and delivering . This ecosystem includes a Content Management System at its core with integrations and interoperability with one or more content delivery platforms (ie : Learning Management System accessed on diverse field of client devices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with stakeholders and partners both internal to Amazon Robotics as well as within the Amazon fulfillment network.
Business problem, program strategy, and technology product solutions may not yet be defined and the ideal candidate must be able to deliver independently with limited guidance.
This role will own a large global platform and manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional technology initiatives including integrations with other systems.
The right candidate understands risks and implications to the team caused by technical complexity and must be able to drive simplification, efficiency and balance tradeoffs with existing engineering and architectures to unblock innovation and speed of delivery.
Further, the candidate should be able to distill these risks and effectively communicate to the team and appropriate stakeholders to lead mitigation efforts.
Being able to find a path forward in difficult and complex situations is a must.

About the team
The Amazon Robotics Learning Experience and Technology (LExT) team is responsible for the end-to-end technical documentation and training development for all AR products deployed in the fulfillment networks.
AR LExT's mission is to empower Amazon Robotics and its customers worldwide by creating a learning ecosystem through multi-modal delivery of knowledge enriched by learner analytics and data-driven decisions.
By providing the right learning at the right time, localized and evaluated for performance, we enable safe and efficient decisions, driving high standards and global scalability for successful AR solutions engagement.
We are comprised of three main verticals : Products, Safety, and Enablement.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $254,500 / year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
