We're looking for a Product Manager to join our global and fully remote team!

As a Product Owner with amazee.io you’ll be leading the development and strategic road maps of amazee.io’s products and services. You’ll be the facilitator of great communication across teams and stakeholders. You’ll provide direction and bring people together to achieve goals, and you’ll be the storyteller that can bring people into your vision of what our products do, where we can take them, and how we get there.

Work location:

This is a fully remote position, however we do require you to be based in an Americas Time Zone (UTC -5 to UTC -8)

What you'll do:

• Definition and implementation of product strategy and roadmap: Working alongside the management and engineering teams in defining the long term vision of our products and services, and designing and leading the journey and projects to get them there.
• Ownership of amazee.io’s products, services, and pricing models: Defining and managing processes to handle product/service/pricing requests raised by internal or external stakeholders. Continuously analyzing, triaging, and prioritizing requests, and reviews/adding them to the roadmap of amazee.io.
• Management of updates and rollouts related to our product suite: Owning that new or updated products/services/pricing are delivered on time and rolled out with all required deliverables, ensuring internal and customer happiness.

• Coordination and communication: Providing direction and facilitating effective communication between cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment which encourages feedback and innovation. Keeping everyone in the loop, focused, and on track, ensuring alignment on product goals and progress.

• Meaningful Reporting and insights: Composing quarterly reports that include Lookbacks and Roadmaps for amazee.io, and that can be used for internal and external stakeholder communication, support, and insights.
• Market Analysis and User Research - proactively seek improvements: Undertaking frequent and structured meetings with amazee.io’s account managers, key client accounts, and vendors, gathering insights to shape product features, improvements, finding out about industry trends, and obtaining user needs and feedback. 

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in a product owner role within a technology company.
• Solid technical understanding of cloud technologies, managed services, and DevOps to effectively guide, communicate, and lead product teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with emerging cloud and deployment technologies, and their potential impact on product offerings.
• Experience guiding project or product teams within a remote and global environment, along with understanding of the benefits and considerations of this.
• The communication and leadership skills required to drive projects to success, provide direction, and nurture a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
