Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Alpha-Omega Properties, Inc. located in Bryan, TX. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to the management team.

This includes being the first contact for the company by answering phone calls, organizing and managing files and documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

The Administrative Assistant will also assist with basic accounting functions, coordinate meetings and events, and perform general office duties.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
