Job Summary:
1. Managing the order-taking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Handling customer complaints or issues regarding orders or service.
3. Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
4. Training and supervising front counter staff on order-taking procedures and customer service standards.
5. Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders for ingredients and supplies.
6. Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
7. Handling cash transactions and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
8. Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
9. Implementing promotional activities or upselling techniques to increase sales.
10. Supporting the restaurant manager with administrative tasks as needed.
