Overview:

Join our team as a Barista at our bustling coffee shop where you will create and serve delicious beverages to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Follow all food safety procedures to ensure quality and freshness of products
- Learn and operate the Aloha POS system for order processing

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management
- Understanding of food safety standards and procedures
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different coffee blends and brewing methods
