Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of employees during scheduled shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Oversee food production, quality, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation, and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct interviews and provide feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Understanding of hospitality management principles and practices

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
