Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make quality drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area and equipment
- Uphold food safety standards in handling and serving food items
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food service industry, particularly in coffee preparation
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of coffee types, flavors, and preparation methods
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments
- Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry
