Sales Representative (Comfort Consultant)

We are a very successful HVAC and Plumbing Company seeking to add another Comfort Consultant to our team. We have experienced meteoric success over the past four years, offering an alternative solution to the Wall Street owned HVAC monolithic companies whose singular goal is to sell the customer a new unit…if they need it or not! Our commitment to integrity and honesty has given us an unprecedent 400% growth from 2018-2019! Although the pandemic and the supply shortage has curbed the industry in 2020-2021, we still were able to grow the company and continued to expand! We did not lay anyone off nor terminate a single employee during the pandemic! We have been selected by HVAC and Plumbing Magazine as the Best Contractor to Work for, in the Easter Region, in 2020! We treat our customers with honesty, integrity and respect and know that, only way to ensure this is to treat our employee with the same character and dignity! 

What we looking for:

  • An experience HVAC Sales Representative. You must have verifiable success in HVAC sales as we are looking for an individual to sell $1.5M-$2M for us in their first year! (We have one Salesperson who sells over $4.5M by himself and we are looking for another sales member to strive for that! We will give you the leads and support to achieve this…do you have the talent?)
  • A willingness to learn and grow as a salesperson. You should have a successful sales process, but also a desire to add to your skill sets and be able to draw upon it as necessary. No two clients are exactly alike, so it is important to have a variety of approaches to meet the client where they are. 
  • Use your communication skills to educate the customer on solutions to overcome objections of the prospective customers. Build value in what we offer over the competition. Foster relationships with the customers and maintain those relationships.
  • An ability to provide our potential and current clients, solutions for their HVAC and IAQ needs. 
  • Be able to use follow up techniques to contribute the sales process. Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales.
  • Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction. Be the leader of the sales process to guarantee client satisfaction. After that, work with the Rehash Team to complete the sales process.
  • You will have the support of the Sales Manager and the Sales Coordinator! THERE IS NO COLD CALLING! Calls are supplied by Technicians, Marketing and third-party sources. We will supply you with all the tools and support to maximize your ability to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions! 
  • The ability to document your process and take advantage of the software and digital tools in making proposals and creating financing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take measurements.
