We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our busy team in Sterling, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a proven track record of sales success. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our landscaping services.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other lead-generation methods.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients, outlining the scope of work and pricing details.

- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Experience Required:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the landscaping or related industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of landscaping principles and practices is a plus.

- Two years of customer service

Salary: Base Salary Commission
