A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HRIS ANALYST

As an HRIS Analyst, you're responsible for assisting clients with specialized reporting and data management as well as escalating client issues regarding our services. You manage client requests through our case ticketing system and communicate with management about meeting or changing deadlines. To provide timely and accurate solutions, you promptly troubleshoot client questions and engage with other team members as needed to ensure all client case tickets are resolved.

Additionally, you verify the accuracy of all client and employee data prior to the first live payroll when working with the implementation conversion team. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you maintain constant communication with clients over the phone and through email to ensure they're satisfied with our services. You enjoy having a job that uses your vast human resources expertise to keep our company going strong!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HRIS ANALYST

  • Knowledge of benefits, payroll, human resources, timekeeping, general ledger, SQL, or report writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction

A college degree in human resources, technology, or a related field is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Are you an exceptional problem solver? Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Can you effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management? Are you highly organized and attentive to detail?
