Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the estimation team to prepare accurate cost estimates for retail construction projects.
• Develop and implement estimation strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive cost analyses, collaborate with project managers, and establish project budgets based on estimated costs.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and tender documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project estimations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements relevant to construction estimating.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Extensive experience (typicall10 years) in construction estimation, with a focus on retail or commercial projects.
• Or currently a Senior Estimator Ready for the next level
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex project specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a team of estimators.
