What We're Looking For: We're seeking a candidate with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in poultry processing. While an AA or BS degree is desired, it's not required—we value hands-on experience and a strong work ethic above all else. Experience in all areas of 2nd processing will be considered, with specific expertise in cut-up and Cryovac highly desirable. Familiarity with HACCP, SPC, and plant efficiencies is a plus.
