Requirements
- Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Possesses at least 4 years of supervisory experience within the poultry processing industry.
- Holds an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, although this is preferred but not mandatory.
- Has a solid understanding of all areas of 2nd processing; expertise in cut-up and Cryovac operations is particularly valued.
- Well-versed in HACCP, SPC, and other relevant plant efficiency metrics such as yield, lbs. / birds per hour, line speeds, and the use of automated processing equipment.
- This role offers the chance to take on a critical position within a fast-paced environment, where your skills will directly contribute to the company’s success and growth.
