All Is Well Holistic Spa is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Katy, TX

Job Title: Admin Office Assistant

Location: All is Well Holistic Spa, Katy

About Us: At All is Well Holistic Spa, we pride ourselves on creating a serene and healing atmosphere. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Admin Office Assistant with an interest in bookkeeping and office management.

Job Description: This position is perfect for someone beginning their career in administrative support, particularly those with an interest in accounting and office management. It offers a valuable opportunity to develop skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks Desktop 2021 or newer.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Some understanding of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Drive.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Detail Oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry for Sales, A/P, A/R, and payroll.
  • Help manage financial records and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Participate in HR-related activities like recruiting and onboarding.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Scanning & digital filing

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; further education or interest in accounting is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and QuickBooks is preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Keen to learn and contribute to the fields of accounting and office management.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in taking on new tasks and challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support in compiling financial reports and managing bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with HR in payroll processing and other tasks.

Salary: Competitive compensation; $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
