Complete Care Physicians is a small business in Katy, TX. We are professional, agile and our goal is to find a Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform routine front desk and administrative assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly..

Our clinic is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team! The position has a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement, so we're looking for a candidate who is eager to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities and meet new patients. Applicants must be highly motivated and organized to succeed in this role, as well as friendly and dedicated to the mission of our clinic. Basic knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and capture information to determine the type of appointment needed.
  • Answer incoming calls to the clinic and direct calls to the appropriate clinicians or departments.
  • Provide clerical support in a medical office setting.
  • Schedule appointments for patients.
  • Answer questions regarding patient's insurance benefits and co-pays.
  • Keep patient records confidential.
  • Schedule appointments for patients with specialists and ensure that all hospital paperwork is completed.
  • Transmit clinical information to the appropriate person over the phone.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
