Some Duties That Will Be Assigned Include:

Greet & guide our fellow patients to an amazing experience.
Answer calls with a positive attitude.
Understand dental insurance and how it applies to patients.
Amazing team player.
Unveil treatment options, educating their importance, and offer various payment options to help fit the budget.

Our Ideal Candidate Must Be:

Knowledge of Dental Terminology and Basic Insurance.
Explain treatment procedures/educate patients in basic laymen terms.
Speaking second language is a big plus.
