We are looking for several energetic, full-time Customer Service Representatives to add to our team. The right candidate will be responsible for processing property and title releases, verifying and entering police tow sheets, entering pertinent title information into the database, as well as assisting customers in person and on the phone. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping others by providing great customer service, and can communicate well, this position is for you!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A TOW YARD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Face-to-face customer service skills (preferred) and someone who is not afraid to go out in the storage yard and help if needed. We place great pride in achieving customer satisfaction, so the following is required to work with us:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and on a team
· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
· Strong attention to detail
· Data entry
· Basic math and cash handling skills
· Must pass a Pre-employment drug screening
· Must pass a background check
· Willingness to learn and take direction
· Professionalism
JOB DUTIES
Some job duties include but are not limited to:
· Providing excellent customer service
· Answering customer questions in person and on the phone
· Input various forms and documentation accurately into our proprietary software
· Ensure the customer has all the proper documentation at time of vehicle release
· Verify accuracy of invoice and collect any fees that are due
· Cash handling and deposit reconciliation
· Light cleaning of the lobby and office areas as needed
· Other duties as assigned
