We also offer differentials for working after 5pm and on weekends with additional opportunities to add even more to your bi-weekly paycheck.
What You will Do
- Customer Advocate - You are the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line. Our customers deserve the absolute best service when calling in and we know that you can be part of that solution. On average you will take about 30 calls from our customers across the country. This is the perfect opportunity for you to build connections, build trust and create a differentiated experience.
- Difference Maker -You will be the difference maker when it comes to how you explain cellular phones, billing, or general questions that our customers have. What some understand about phones, others might not so it is about taking the time to explain technology in a way that resonates with non-technology users.

What Skills You Need (Do not worry we train the rest)
- Right Attitude – Come prepared with an attitude focused on learning, creating great experiences and receiving feedback in a positive way.
- Experience – High school diploma or equivalency is required. We also require at least 1 year of customer service experience..
- Communication – The ability to communicate professionally and politely, verbal and written, in both Spanish and English is Required. (The ability to successfully pass a fluency test is required to be considered for the Bilingual opportunity).
