We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter to add to our team. If you enjoy taking a hands-on approach to daily work responsibilities, while maintaining a strong attention for detail and accuracy, this position may be for you!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT/RECRUITER?

We are looking for an individual who has recruiting experience (preferred). The ideal candidate will produce positive employee interactions and has the ability to handle general HR tasks. We are looking for an HR Assistant/Recruiter who possesses the following qualifications:

· 1-3 years Human Resources/recruiting experience, required

· 2 years administrative/clerical experience

· Proficiency with MS Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel

· Ability to uphold confidentiality

· Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws (ADA, COBRA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA, Arizona Sick Leave)

· Ability to work with all levels within the organization

· Strong writing and communication skills

JOB DUTIES

Some job duties include but are not limited to:

· Partnering with hiring managers on requests for recruiting

· Helping to enforce consistent hiring practices

· Create and maintain job postings

· Responsible for processing and onboarding of new hires

· Facilitate new hire orientation

· Maintain personnel files to ensure legal and retention compliance

· Responsible for ordering monthly office supplies and coordinating their disbursement

· Complete requests for verification of employment

· Assist HR Director with special tasks/projects as needed

· Other duties as assigned
