With a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing initiatives within the healthcare sector.

As the Digital Marketing Manager with healthcare experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, combined with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, to create and implement effective campaigns across various online channels.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and healthcare industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives complement other marketing efforts.
• Create and oversee the development of compelling, industry-relevant content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Ensure content adheres to healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and fostering engagement within the healthcare community.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns targeting specific healthcare audiences.
• Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to increase online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to industry compliance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience
