Our Los Angeles office is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing Team.
- Maintain and manage the firm's various websites, including microsites of Financial Advisors (FA's)
- Maintain and develop organization’s intranet website, including overseeing design and layout
- Develop content focused on increasing engagement and web traffic through organization’s social media channels
- Assist with digital strategy for FA's interested in building an online presence focused on increasing client base
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns that increase follower base and website traffic
- Oversee the social media management platform including facilitating compliance, creating appropriate hierarchies, scheduling content, and training users
- Research and identify potential new marketing and technology opportunities and enhancements
- Manage Google Analytics for all business units
- Analyze and interpret results to decide on digital advertising direction
- Manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics on impressions and posts
- Manage Twitter and Facebooks engagement and advertisements
- Monitor web traffic and analyze data; provide recommendations to management for suggested improvements
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required
- 1 years of previous experience in marketing related role required
- Working knowledge of a variety of website building and maintenance tools: WordPress, Drupal, Broadridge, Advisor LaunchPad, etc.
- Understanding of analytics platforms: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights
- Comprehensive knowledge of design software: Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat, DreamWeaver, LightRoom
- Digital advertising campaign management: Twitter Ads, Google Adwords, Salesforce
- Social media management, surveillance, and scheduling
- Understanding of compliance practices: social media, blog and web content, social media management systems
- Previous experience with copywriting and editing highly preferred
- Translation of complex technical materials and financial subject matter into understandable language for public consumption
