We're currently focused on streaming immersive classes through our digital platform from our studios in San Francisco and Venice to a growing global audience. Role Description 

As a Generalist Associate Marketer, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels with a focus on influencer marketing and partnerships. You will have an opportunity to work on special projects cand support impactful campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social media, content, events, and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators that align with our brand values and target audience.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with the product, sales, and creative teams to develop cohesive and compelling marketing materials.
• Manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

• 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
