Exciting Home Care Agency is looking to hire an Office Manager to manage our Lancaster location and work closely with all the departments to coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office, and ensure that the staff operates efficiently and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations for our Lancaster office to ensure the high quality of services to adults with mental and/or health disabilities.
  • Oversee office staff in every department and follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage the delivery of services and ensure compliance for all care, treatment, and services are consistent with company policies, practices, and procedures and are conducted using evidence-based practices, and in accordance with licensing regulatory, and internal standards.
  • Coordinate placement of caregivers to clients.
  • Document communication with caregivers and clients.
  • Monitor staff vacancies and coordinate with Human Resources for ongoing communication and prioritization of recruitment needs.
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of billing documentation.
  • Maintain budget lines in the region and facilitate areas of financial growth.
  • Facilitate external auditing including licensing, and develop correction plans as needed.
  • Assist the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • People person skills, must be a team-player
  • Leadership and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workload
  • Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and your own car

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
