JOB SUMMARY
General Unit Informations, Running Priors for Unit/Block, Filing, Scanning, Subpoena/Victim Packets, Discovery Requests
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Information: Prepare Bill of Information for all General Unit cases to proceed through the Court System.
Discovery Requests: Requesting discovery from Police Depts. attaching to file, copying, and sending to Def. Atty.
Subpoena/Victim Packets: Sends subpoenas for witnesses/victims, and victim packets on required files.
Running Priors: Run priors for all Durg Unit cases, and also run priors for assigned Block Hearings on a daily basis.
Attend Pre-Trial & Status Conferences hearings.
