Ponessa Behavioral Health is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Lancaster, PA

You can make a difference by helping people get back into the swing of life at Ponessa Behavioral Health as an Office Coordinator!

Summary:

  • As needed travel to Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York County
  • Company car provided for travel
  • 5 days per week, on-site position
  • Must have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and some evenings on an as needed basis
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Annual salary starting at $45,000 (based on years of supervisory experience in an office setting)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising front office Support Staff
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  • Maintains office staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of supervisory experience in an office setting

Credentials:

  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
  • PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
  • PA Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
  • Educational Documentation: High School Diploma or GED
