Alco Windows and Doors is Hiring a Remote Inside sales

We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel.

This is a great position for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment where they can maximize their earning potential.

$50,000 - $60,000 a year

Responsibilities :

  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads with the goal of setting appointments for the sales team.
  • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints.
  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
  • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
