Position Summary:

The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for driving recurring financial products such as Wire Transfers to 9,000 SMB retail partners throughout the United States. The primary mission of our Inside Sales team of 36 is to drive and increase sales transactional volume to our repeat business retailers. The ideal candidate will possess 8 years of previous experience in recurring sales of product goods or services to SMBs, while continuously upselling services to existing accounts. 

Requirements:

• Manage a 36 member Inside Sales that generates outbound calls to over 9,000 retail partners across the US, upselling recurring services and products
• Drive sales revenue through strategic outbound campaigns involving internal Pricing and Marketing partners
• Manage and report on individual KPIs, metrical goals and results
• Track and analyze market trends through sales team feedback on competitor activity and provide guidance and strategic decision making to leadership
• Participates with business unit leadership to develop and execute sales strategy to meet business objectives.
• Maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manages customer base.
• Communicate and interact with all project stakeholders including all levels of users and senior management

Qualifications:

• 8 years of proven Inside Sales experience
• Metrically driven, curious, pulse for success and desire to drive revenue
• Experience selling recurring product goods and/or services direct to retail SMB partners
• Ambitious, Energetic, curious, with a Strong Work Ethic
• Bilingual Skills desired: English and Spanish
