Job Description

Seeking a highly efficient human resources leader and bookkeeper with excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Update, organize, & manage employee documents.
• Process payroll, health insurance, child support & 401K payments.
• Facilitate apprenticeship program responsibilities.
• Process all documentation for new hires & terminations.
• Facilitate health, dental, & life insurance annual renewal.
• Process unemployment claims & employment verifications.
• Coordinate interviews & complete background checks for new hires.
• Update the General Ledger.
• Monitor bank account balances.
• Research discrepancies in accounts and resolve problems with vendors.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment issues.
• Process, verify, & enter all office bills and vendor invoices.
• Cut checks for office bills and vendor invoices.
• Balance & replenish petty cash.
• Process deposits for the bank.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Close the month & balance the monthly trial balance.
• Run quarterly accounting & payroll reports to be sent to CPA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
