ABOUT THE ROLE

To us, a Human Resources Coordinator is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Coordinator duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

The job of HR Coordinator is important to business success. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete HR Coordinator job.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants while collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Complete all onboarding and maintain the onboarding process.
  • Assist in upholding clear policies and ensure policy awareness.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to Airway Fun Center’s Core Values.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in Human Resources or related field.
