What you can expect to do as a Human Resource Recruiter at EHM Senior Solutions:

• Review applicant resumes.
• Call and screen qualified applicants.
• Guide new employees through the onboarding process.
• Set up interviews accordingly for each department.
• Start new employee files, as well as maintain current employee files.
• Post and maintain a variety of job openings
• Enter new employees into Payroll system.
• Coordinate orientation dates with hiring managers
• Other duties as assigned

Some things you may need to be successful at this position: 

• Previous healthcare experience is preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word and Google Sheets
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
