The Sales Development Rep is part of an emerging team, tasked with proactively growing existing and new business. The SDR will work with new leads, lower market share customers, neglected accounts, and web customers for new order growth with line item, product mix, and solution services expansion. The SDR will also handle some Key accounts as an Inside Sales Rep. The SDR provides support for fluid power, automation, and/or motion control products. Target, cultivate and expansion of business at his/her customer portfolio will add to market share growth which is a key metric for the SDR. The SDR will at certain times make customer visits. This position reports to the Business Development Manager.
