• BA/BS degree in business, education or a related field.
• Three to five years’ experience in a similar position.
• HVAC industry experience.
• High achievement and consistent track record for excelling in a fast-paced work environment.
• Sales experience and aptitude for the process of successfully investigating, defining, and fulfilling customers’ needs.
• Intermediate level in most recent version of Microsoft Office suite or programs; specifically, adept in use of MSWord, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
• Exceptional verbal presentation and written communication skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Availability and willingness to travel 30%

The annual salary range for this position is a draw of $85,000 - $100,000 with a generous bonus possibility of up to an additional 20% of salary based on successful sales.
