General Purpose:
Perform accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions and vendor relations for multiple clients.
Primary Job Functions:
·Respond to email and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
·Prepare and process checks in Acumatica upon approval by ownership for each client account.
·Research outstanding prepayments, follow up with vendors and apply invoices to prepayments.
·Communicate with AP Processors regarding specific invoice issues, approvals, and coding.
