Prema Financial Solutions has a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Coordinator!
Prema Financial Solutions was created with the intention of providing excellence in timely financial, reimbursement and revenue cycle support to senior living operators. The role of the Accounts Payable Coordinator is an integral part of the financial support provided to the clients we serve.
Essential Job Functions
- Receive, enter and upload all vendor invoices
- Select and apply correct General Ledger coding for all invoices received
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Correspond with facility personnel and vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Review and respond to general accounts payable inquiries
- Prepare and process vendor disbursements
- Maintain accurate vendor information
- Manage client AP Aging reports
- Assist regional financial controllers with month-end processes as related to accounts payable
- Complies with Compliance and Ethics Code of Conduct
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma, some college or Bachelor's degree a plus
- General understanding of accounting functions with prior accounts payable or customer service experience
- Excellent data entry skills and ability process 300-400 invoices per week
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms including: Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, managing payables for multiple facilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Genuine compassion and interest for senior-living industry
- Ability to meet deadlines
