**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating, project management, and cost control. The Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications and preparing accurate estimates for construction projects.
**Duties:**
- Utilize software and other estimating tools to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract terms
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to determine overall project costs
- Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and identify areas for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in electrical estimating.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
