What We’re Searching ForCapital is seeking a meticulous individual to join our team as a Construction Project Estimator. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who shares our dedication to excellence and embraces the challenges of project estimation.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate project requirements, produce accurate cost estimates, and support project planning and budgeting.
  • Review project plans and collaborate with the team to determine project needs and financial parameters.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring adherence to financial targets and project schedules.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure resource availability.
What You Need
  • 3-5 years of construction estimating experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction estimation software.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and analyze project requirements to generate accurate cost estimates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role.
