Operations Academy
The Operations Academy at Adyen is dedicated to support the professional and personal growth of our Operations workforce. We create and execute growth enablement programs, aligning with our company’s vision, to empower individuals, teams and leaders through a blend of soft skills and applied hard skills trainings.
As an Operations Academy Program Specialist you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of learning programs to onboard and continuously elevate our talent effectively, while also overseeing the data collection and analysis of our program metrics through our newly implemented learning management system. Your role is pivotal in developing and engaging journey for our future payment rockstars. Within the Academy, you will be responsible for managing the Academy program for our Global Support function ensuring a smooth learning experience across the globe.
