1st Shift Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay $18 - $20 per hour
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience in human resources
Bilingual Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities
- Interact with potential candidates via job boards and social media.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the needs of new hires.
- Use different sourcing techniques.
- Schedule and conduct in-person and remote interviews.
- Oversee the onboarding process including any training needed.
- Ensure the accurate completion of paperwork.
