Role: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $23 - $26 / hour
Industry: HVAC
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure proper documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
- Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate payment status effectively
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- System: DDI
