Key Job Responsibilities Manage accounts using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Bill.com
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Analyzing workflow process
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensures bills and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to company standards
Processing due invoices for payment
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts
Serve as back-up for other areas in the accounting department
Job Requirements Other accounting responsibilities as assigned
Minimum 3-4 Years’ Accounts Payable Experience BS Degree in Accounting preferred
Expert organizational and follow-up skills
Experience in Business Central a plus, Bill.com or comparable preferred
High proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
High energy and a can-do attitude; exhibit a responsible and responsive tenacity
Working Conditions Flexible hours between 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, In Office
